Our Story
At Prairie Sisters Unscripted, we believe in simple living with a sacred purpose. For us, “simple” means more than just having less—it’s about returning to the roots of an intentional life. It’s baking bread from scratch, canning food for the winter, thrifting a $1 or $20 treasure instead of buying something brand new, and fixing what we have rather than tossing it away.
We are four sisters/sisters-in-law, all in different seasons of life, raising children, managing homes, and pouring into our families and communities. Some of us homeschool, some balance school drop-offs and extracurriculars, and all of us juggle the beautiful chaos of motherhood. We love gathering around the kitchen table, swapping recipes, flipping furniture, creating beauty in our homes, and carving out moments of rest and connection in the middle of busy days.
This space is where we share not only the practical tips and projects that inspire us, but also the honest, unscripted rhythms of everyday life. Our hope is to encourage others to find joy in the ordinary, whether life feels calm or chaotic—to remind you that simplicity and sacred purpose can be lived out in both the quiet moments and the busy ones.
